I had a mixed experience at this hotel during my trip to Toronto. The service was a bit hit or miss, especially when it came to amenities that were advertised but not actually provided. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired with some stains on the walls. Overall, it worked for our stay but could use some improvements.
